The Power of No Mind

I know when you hear the phrase “ No Mind” you think of ignorance, stupidity , and maybe insanity. Well “ No Mind” is exactly just what it says. Humans should only be utilizing the mind to communicate , to perform a task , and to learn. Our minds shouldn't be used otherwise. For example, taking a shower, laying in bed to fall alseep, taking a nature walk, and or riding a bike. These simple tasks use implicit memory Which does not involve the conscious mind. Once we learn how to do these things they become apart of us innately which doesn't require thinking at all. So therefore , we have no need for the mind and should only be in the present moment.Moreover, while taking a nature walk use the five senses to remain in the moment. Look at the colors of the trees. Observe the clouds moving. Hear the wind . Feel the sunlight on your skin. Taste the fresh-air as you inhale and exhale. Nonetheless, Being in the present moment and simply putting the mind to rest is experiencing “No Mind”. This can be obtained through practicing meditation. simply close your eyes and just be! You will have thoughts , but detach from those thoughts and allow them to pass by. Any feelings that you may have allow them to pass along as well. Once you master this, you’ll be able to train the mind into “No Mind”.
